Refund policy

• Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return items.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

• Returns are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Items on sale, promotional items, and accessories cannot be returned.

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed for eligible items.

• Returns must be sent back to our UK warehouse.
